Police called to Taroona beach

Tasmania Police attended the beach at Taroona for a second time this morning, the earlier attendance was in relation to a scuba diving incident and this attendance relating to kayakers reportedly in distress. The Police Marine Unit are also heading to the area.

Camper remains missing

Tasmania Police search and rescue including the Tasmania Police Westpac rescue helicopter were activated to a search for a missing man at Lake Burbury this morning. We are told the man was last seen Saturday night at the camp ground he was staying at.
