The Federal Court of Australia has advised that the hearing of Novak Djokovic v Minister for Immigration listed for 9:30am tomorrow will now be heard before the Full Court. The Judges will be Chief Justice Allsop, Justice Besanko and Justice O’Callaghan. The hearing will be live streamed for transparency.

Novak Djokovic will be taken into custody following a meeting with his lawyers at 2.00pm tomorrow. A hearing is scheduled for Sunday, he will be able to attend accompanied by two ABF officers.
